CHM Bible Theatre Productions, Inc. is a grassroots faith-based organization devoted to presenting inspirational and innovative stage play community productions, providing holistic, culturally and competent programs in various communities. Our goal is to bring unity in communities by presenting productions, providing drama training using a diverse group of people between the ages of 5 to 75 selected from churches, private schools, universities, corporations, theater and other organizations.
Champaign County Christian Health Center's mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ to our neighbors in Champaign County by providing holistic, free, and quality health care service. We are a free healthcare clinic that offers primary care services by experienced medical volunteers within our community. We also provide counseling for our mental health patients by a licensed psychologist, health education, social work, dental health as well as spiritual care. We make sure our patients get the best and most up-to-date care available.

Museum of the Grand Prairie staff will join us to discuss its upcoming exhibit, How Long Must Women Wait? Woman Suffrage and Women’s Rights in Champaign County. Get a sneak preview of this exhibit and learn about the work going into its completion! Light refreshments and beverages will be available.
Do you have a passion for history and want to pass it onto others? The Museum of the Grand Prairie is looking for volunteers to be part of our new Museum Docent program! Attend this training session and workshop to learn how you can become a museum docent and lead tour groups through museum exhibits. Participants will receive an outline of the program and exhibit study sources, as well as tips & tricks to lead an engaging museum tour. If you cannot attend this workshop/training, another session is available February 2nd.
We’re looking for volunteers to help lead and assist with a range of interactive activities from decorating flag-shaped cookies to conducting mock citizenship interviews to leading a trivia game about the history of the American flag. Volunteer to learn more about the citizenship process and meet a new neighbor! This is a great way to get your feet wet in immigrant advocacy and get connected to longer-term volunteer opportunities at the New American Welcome Center.

Join us October 20, 2018 at Meadowbrook park for our 11th annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Non-Competitive Walk/Run! Registration begins at 8:30am with the walk beginging at 10:00am. The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks raise awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. Each event is a noncompetitive 3 to 5 mile walk that brings people together to make a difference for everyone who has been touched by breast cancer.
