African Cultural Association

Description

The African Cultural Assoication is a campus student led organization built upon the four pillars of integrity, scholarship, determination and service. Our mission is to educate and uplift students and community members by providing fun, educational events and programs  that allow people to learn about African culture and practices. As we enter our 19th year of serving the University of Illinois students and the greater Urbana-Champaign area, we are more dedicated than ever to renewing our commitment of upholding the four pillars that began it all. We are the proud recipients of the 2019 Creating Opportunities Recognizing Excellence (C.O.R.E) Most Consistent Registered Student Organization Award, and we will continue serving our campus and this community. Our meetings are held bi-weekly on Mondays at 6pm in various locations around campus, to find out more about our meeting check out our social media pages or email our organization account listed below. Our Community Service Director, Oni Williams, will follow up within 2-4 business days.
