Volunteer Opportunities at RPC Early Childhood Education Centers (All day) Volunteer Opportunities at RPC Early Childhood Education Centers The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) has volunteer opportunities available at all of our Early Childhood Education Centers in Champaign, West Champaign, Urbana, Savoy, and Rantoul. Activities include reading to classrooms, giving demonstrations, assisting teachers and teacher aides in the classrooms, recruitment efforts in the community, offering help with outdoor gardens, and more. All volunteers are subject to background checks and physicals, including a TB test.
