Bring the world to your community - Host families needed (All day) Host family applications now until July 2015 CIEE is now taking host family applications from all communities in IL to host a student for January 2016 and August 2016. We have students from over 60 countries to choose from. Starting your application now allows you to choose a student early and begin to create a bond with your student.
 
Community Garden Volunteers (All day) Regular hours We will not be posting specific time slots to register for. Please email givebackgarden@c-uphd.org for a volunteer application.

Description:
Once you have completed an orientation, feel free to come in whenever you are available. Volunteer timeslots simple show when you can come in to help us out. Come in for a n hour...or three. We'll be here.

DV Hotline Volunteer
Description:
Courage Connection is begining the process to add Volunteers to be trainined to cover the Domestic Violence Hotline answering calls, intake, etc. Must be 18 or older. Must have completed 40 hour Domestic Violence Advocacy Volunteer must make a regular, weekly commitment. The individual doesn't necessarily have to be available for all shifts listed, but must be available each week for their chosen time slot. Interviews for this volunteer postion will begining in November 2018 with DV Training occuring in January 2019 Volunteer(s) must submit an application: http://courageconnection.org/get-involved/volunteer/opportunities/volunteer-application/. Once application has been reviewed, Courage Connection will directly contact the individual(s).

Description:
Afternoon feedings start around 4:00pm. They last until feeding is done, usually around 6:00pm.
