Champaign Public Library: Douglass Branch - Children's Programs Volunteers

Description

Volunteer are needed to assist with library DIY programming at the Douglass Branch Library. Volunteers will assist children with DIY (crafts, science projects, etc.) programs. Volunteers are needed Wednesday afternoons, 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Volunteers are required to consent to background check. 

An interview with a volunteer coordinator must be completed before volunteer work can begin. Please email volunteer@champaign.org vor call 217/403-2070 to schedule an interview. All of our volunteer positions are on-going volunteer tasks, not for one time or for a short term of volunteer opportunity. We ask for a minimum commitment of four months when volunteering, and every volunteer will have a regular working schedule with a minimum of two hours each week.
