Champaign Public Library: Teen Services - Program Volunteers
High-energy adults wanted to help with after-school programming for middle school students. Volunteers would help set up, supervise, and clean up teen activities at the Champaign Public Library. Volunteers are currently needed Monday and Thursday, 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Training would be provided, but creativity, a good sense of humor, and an appreciation for teens are needed for this rewarding opportunity. Adult volunteers (18 years or older) are welcome at this time.
An interview with a volunteer coordinator must be completed before volunteer work can begin. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 217/403-2070 to schedule an interview. All of our volunteer positions are on-going volunteer tasks, not for one time or for a short term of volunteer opportunity. We ask for a minimum commitment of four months when volunteering, and every volunteer will have a regular working schedule with a minimum of two hours each week.
