Be Kind Illinois - Making Ben's Bells

Time to make it a KIND fall with Be Kind Illinois! Come glaze beads and kindness coins as part of the Bens Bells Project. Everyone welcome! We will be in Meeting Room A of the Champaign Public Library. There will be live music provided by our special guests, Young Kim and Ingrid Bowen Kammin.

Be Kind Illinois is a non-profit, volunteer group committed to supporting the mission of the Bens Bells Project. The Bens Bells Project is a community art project focused on the creation of Bens Bells, beautiful ceramic wind chimes inspired by the spirit of Ben Mare Packard. Hundreds of Bens Bells will be distributed throughout our community to inspire, educate, and motivate each other to realize the impact of intentional kindness and to empower individuals to act according to that awareness, thereby changing our world. Learn more about Bens story at and visit our Facebook page at Anyone is welcome to come help make pieces of Bens Bells during the event.
